Health Plan
Orbis offers a comprehensive health care package that includes medical, dental, orthodontia, vision, and LASIK insurance coverage to all eligible employees. The premiums for these insurance programs are 100% paid by the employer. Additionally, Orbis offers a pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) program as part of its health care package options, with an employer contribution of $100 / month to the employee's HSA. Employees can enroll themselves and their eligible dependents (spouse, domestic partner, unmarried children under 19, etc.) for health care benefits.

Vacation

Semantic Software Developer/Systems Engineer:
This position will support the development of semantic based solutions for commercial clients in the Central and North Florida areas primarily as well as the Southeast region; however, some travel to other customers in the United States may be required. This position requires working with customers to understand customer issues and leveraging a small team to determine the right semantic solution. The candidate should possess leadership and project management skills to report the status of the project to the customer and to company management.
The position will integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software with developed web services to create custom solutions for our clients, and will manage the customer expectations and perceptions of the solution, while notifying company management of the progress including issues that jeopardize the successful and timely completion of the project. The ideal candidate will have exposure working with vendors to successfully customize COTS software.
